I started Iguana Chocolate by selling my chocolates at the Highland Games and various village fairs throughout the Clyde Valley and at my local village of Lesmahagow in Scotland,
In my kitchen, all chocolates are handmade and packaged by me. I love creating chocolate bars packed with flavour and texture, some flavours are traditional like hazelnut and mint, others are inspired by my family and South African Indian heritage like mango & chilli, orange & chilli. Then there are my chocolate shapes and gift boxes which make deliciously lovely and unusual presents.
I try to keep my packaging simple so the beauty of my chocolate can be seen. Why hide them when they look as lovely as they do?
