A very good platform to sell on. I have just returmed after a break. It's very reassuring that the British Crafthouse continues to demonstrate a solid commitment to its sellers, in terms of the promotion and advertising it does for us and just being around to always answer queries. As a seller with The British Craft House my experiences have only been positive. Apart from it being a platform for selling hand crafted work I have found the help and support given by everybody involved with TBCH to be amazing. Queries are nearly always answered within a very short space of time and there is plenty of help and support in setting the shop and for those who have been sellers for longer. Fabulous online outlet with loads of support from the TBCH team, not to mention the many other lovely creatives selling their work who are always keen to support too. Any query is answered really quickly - nothing is too much trouble. It has a great community feel to it. The website looks wonderful, fresh and contemporary and I'm thrilled to be part of it. The UK is full of talented artists, designers and makers so it's wonderful that The British Craft House is flying the flag for us all. If you're a creative I'd really recommend you try them out.
