A little bit of background to this kit……Oh Sew Creative runs children’s birthday parties and this is one of my popular party projects. My parties are open to children as young as 7. It’s perfect for kids, any parent knows that all children love a keyring on their bookbag!

The project has been thoroughly tested and tweaks have been made along the way. There are four colour combinations, the only problem is deciding which colour to pick!!

How do you mend a broken heart? Simple, you weave it back together again! In this craft kit, you will complete a simple weave to make the front heart shape with an eye-catching diamond pattern. You will sew your front and back heart together using either overhand or blanket stitch. Finishing touches include inserting a ribbon, padding out the heart shape and adding a metal keyring hoop. The end result is a unique and stunning keyring!

The kit includes all materials, small equipment and very detailed instructions for completing the project. 

Felt is a wool/viscose mix.

This is a fabulous little project and would make a great gift for children of all ages (7+) Please note, parental supervision will be needed for cutting and ironing.

This is not a finished product, it is a craft kit with all the materials/instructions required to complete this project,

Once made, the finished heart shape measures approx 11cm x 10cm.

All paper based packaging is recyclable and the bag for the stuffing is compostable.

Shipping Policy

UK orders:                                                                                                                         

All my items are sent with Royal Mail. If your order is priced over £20, it will be sent 1st class signed for, so pick that option at checkout please. If the order is under £20, it will be sent standard 1st class. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class in 1-2 working days.

Upgrades in shipping are available with an additional charge e.g. if you require the item guaranteed next day (for posting), Special Delivery is listed as a shipping option. Please note my processing time is 1-3 days though and shipping time is on top of that. Please message me to see if I can process the order in one day, if you need it in a hurry. If I can, I will but please ask first before placing your order.

Royal Mail consider a parcel lost after 10 working days. Please contact me if an order fails to arrive and we will discuss the best course of action.

International orders:                                                                                             

All orders outside of the UK will have an additional charge to cover postage. I have some some countries listed already but the world is a big place! If your country is one not listed, please contact me. I will the confirm price based on value of order, number of items and shipping destination. All international parcels will be sent Tracked and Signuarantee this.ed for where offered or International Tracked. This varies according to country.

Time for shipping varies from country to country. Royal Mail quote 5-7 working day for USA and 3-5 working days for Europe. Note this is the time for shipping and does not include my processing time, which is extra.

Please note delays can occur when parcels are handed over to sister companies internationally. Customs can also hold up items (especially at busier times) please bear this in mind and know that it is out of my control. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Customs and import tax may occur for international orders, it is the purchasers who is responsible for these charges.

The time frame for international 'lost parcels' varies depending on destination. Please contact me if an order fails to arrive and we will discuss the best course of action.

If an order is sent back to me due to it not being collected or incorrect address, I will arrange for it to be sent out again. The purchaser will be charged again for the shipping and any custom charges that may occur.

GDPR Policy:

As a TBCH seller, the personal data likely to be collected is customer's name, postal address and email address. Any personal data collected to fulfil an order will be stored securely. Under GDPR (as under the current data regulations) it is my responsibility to make sure this data is safe. The information I collect can and will only be used for the specific purpose of completing your order.  In the case of a purchase, that would be: delivering the item(s), emailing confirmation of the order, emailing the customer with delivery details for that order, and storing for your financial records. I will not use your personal data for any other purpose e.g. adding you to a mailing list or contacting you about anything unrelated to that particular purchase.

I will delete someone’s personal data if requested.  An important part of GDPR is the right to erasure. The right to erasure is also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. With an online order, you have the right to cancel your order for a limited time, even if the goods are not faulty. You do not have to give a reason but feedback will always help me to improve! I will offer a refund to customers, if told within 14 days of receiving the goods, that you wish to cancel.

You have another 14 days to return the goods once I have been informed. I will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Items need to be in a re-sellable condition with all parts included.
