Woven Heart Keyring Craft Kit

A little bit of background to this kit……Oh Sew Creative runs children’s birthday parties and this is one of my popular party projects. My parties are open to children as young as 7. It’s perfect for kids, any parent knows that all children love a keyring on their bookbag!

The project has been thoroughly tested and tweaks have been made along the way. There are four colour combinations, the only problem is deciding which colour to pick!!

How do you mend a broken heart? Simple, you weave it back together again! In this craft kit, you will complete a simple weave to make the front heart shape with an eye-catching diamond pattern. You will sew your front and back heart together using either overhand or blanket stitch. Finishing touches include inserting a ribbon, padding out the heart shape and adding a metal keyring hoop. The end result is a unique and stunning keyring!

The kit includes all materials, small equipment and very detailed instructions for completing the project.

Felt is a wool/viscose mix.

This is a fabulous little project and would make a great gift for children of all ages (7+) Please note, parental supervision will be needed for cutting and ironing.

This is not a finished product, it is a craft kit with all the materials/instructions required to complete this project,

Once made, the finished heart shape measures approx 11cm x 10cm.

All paper based packaging is recyclable and the bag for the stuffing is compostable.

UK postage only.

All care is taken to pack items securely so that they reach you in good condition. Oh Sew Creative products arrive in protective bubble wrap packaging.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail in the UK. Orders under £30 are sent by standard second class, unless first class has been selected.
Larger value orders are sent by the second class ‘signed for’ option, unless first class ‘signed for’ has been selected.

I aim to despatch all orders within three working days and will contact you if there is likely to be any delay.
All custom made to order products are despatched in 1-2 weeks or before if I can.

GDPR policy:
I, Andria Edworthy, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop, Oh Sew Creative on The British Craft House.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have regarding that order. Note, I do not have access to your credit/debit card details.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With The British Craft House to comply with my obligations.
• With mail delivery companies or couriers in order to fulfil your order.
• To comply with any legal or tax obligations that I have.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary, to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time, I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. I will delete your personal data if requested.
An important part of GDPR is the right to erasure. The right to erasure is also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. Individuals can make a request for erasure verbally or in writing. I have one month to respond to a request. I will delete your data from all my records, as well as any third-party service providers, such as my email service.
You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

Refund Policy

With internet orders, customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time (14 days), even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

I will make every effort to ensure product descriptions are as accurate as possible. But, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or wish to change your mind, please advise within 14 days of receiving them. I will be happy to arrange a refund of the goods.

Items should be returned to me undamaged and in the original packaging and box, fit for resale, within 14 days of contacting me. Unless agreed otherwise, the cost of returns are your responsibility. I will refund the order within 14 days of it’s safe return. I recommend you obtain proof of posting.

If you are unhappy with your item or it is damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately and send detailed photos of the damage.
The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days for a refund. Proof of posting is recommended for your benefit. Once received I will be able to action a refund.
