Inspired by a fabulous design by Pru McRae, this a vibrant purple 8 Strand Lariat with turquoise highlights in the beaded carrier beads that join the 2 sides of the lariat. The tassel has then been embellished with some fun silver coloured metal beads.
The braid is approximately 32’’ (8cm) long. When worn the lariat will have a drop of approximately 20’’ (51cm) with 3” (7.5cm) tassels.

I have made this necklace using the ancient method of Japanese braiding called Kumihimo which translates as “gathered threads”. Dating from around 550 AD, Kumihimo was used to make the cords for lacing the Samurai warriors and their horses armour by interlacing strands. Today these same methods are being used with the addition of beads to create uniquely striking jewellery.
It will be posted gift wrapped in an Organza Bag.

Please let me know of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty.
I package everything very carefully, but should your order arrive damaged then please contact me straight away with photos of the damage.
