This kit is for a 7 Strand ‘Fill the Gap’ Kumihimo braid that incorporates a selection of beads, chosen around these beautiful delicate mint freshwater pearls. All these different shapes, sizes and colours go to make a really pretty necklace with a light summery focal and a little added sparkle from some Swarovski pendants.
The kit will contain the layout pattern and all the necessary beads, S-Lon threads, Cord caps and Clasp, as well as the basic instructions of Kumihimo braiding with 7 strands.
Knowledge of how to engage beads in an 7 strand round Kumihimo braid would be advantageous to get the most from this project.
You will need to supply your own Kumihimo equipment i.e. Kumihimo Disk, 7 x Bobbins, 90g and 45g Kumihimo weights (or bag of coins weighing 90g and 45g) and Zap Gel Glue.
