My name is Wendy and I hand stitch and embroider everything here at home in the beautiful Forest of Bowland, which is on the borders of Lancashire and Yorkshire in the UK. I have always been surrounded by creative ladies, both my Grandma and Mother were farmers wives and as a necessity were always knitting, crochet, rug making, sewing, dressmaking and quilting, so I became involved in all these and more from an early age, but have never yet managed to master crochet!. I love to make decorations from wool mix felt, using embroidery and pretty trims.
