I have always had a love for various types of craft along with a love for silver jewellery. Although fashions come and go for different precious metals, silver has always remained a firm favourite for me. So I decided it was time to combine these two interests and began creating handmade silver jewellery.
As jewellery is often given as a gift it is important for me that my designs are both modern and timeless and can be worn for many years to come.
My home workshop is based in a small village on a ‘very big hill’ on the border of Cheshire and Staffordshire. At the top of the hill is a folly (castle built as a ruin) which can be seen for miles around. This was the inspiration for both my shop name and logo.
I will be regularly adding to my range with new designs, so please feel free to stop by and have a browse. I also showcase some of my newest designs along with work in progress on my Instagram page @silverfolly if you would like to follow along and see more.
