Misty Creations was established in 2018 and continues to strive to offer high quality fabric homeware and gifts.
The journey started in 2017 when I found myself unusually with spare time on my hands, I had been left to my own devices whilst my Husband worked on his classic car with his friend. To fill my time I bought myself a sewing machine, having never previously used one, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a go! Well, I very quickly became hooked and due to my love of dogs, started to make bandanas and bow ties for my Miniature Schnauzer, he really was not very happy with this development! I quickly moved on to cushions and other homeware items and found that I needed an outlet to sell my creations. I opened my Etsy shop in 2018 and I have slowly built it up to the success it has now become.
I source all my fabrics myself, something which I love to do and all my items are handcut and handmade in my Sewing Studio based in The New Forest, Dorset. I strive to ensure that everything I make is to the highest standards possible. I really am happiest when working away in my studio creating lovely items for my customers.
