Vendor Biography
I’m Amanda and I grow and work with gourds.
There are many processes involved in the 2 years it takes from seed to finished item.
I am passionate about every step from growing to harvesting to painting. Each one lovingly cared for. My partner also turns the wood bases for my larger lamps.
From primarily lamps, I also make festive gourdbles – gourd baubles! Each one handpainted and finished with a satin ribbon. With no plastic in sight!
I feel investing in practical yet sustainable art is the future.
