The name Felt Sew Crafty came about when I first started my business in 2014. I originally crafted items by sewing pre-felted sheets together (felt, sew, crafty). Over the years my skills have developed and now I needle felt my items using 100% wool instead of sheets. I do still sew and create Memory bears and blankets for customers using loved ones clothing from baby to end of life memory items.
All my skills come from my Mum, who is my right hand, helping at events and crocheting all our Christmas favour chocolate covers. I have a wide set of craft skills including knitting, dress-making, crochet and embroidery, but my preferred craft is needle felting. I enjoy having the ability to transform balls of “fluff” and creating gifts.
All of the items I create are made with love and I hope to bring a little joy to your lives through the items you purchase from me.
