Buddha & Bubbles was founded in 2020 during lockdown.  Having been forced to close down my beauty business and falling through the gap of getting any financial support I decided that I needed a focus.  So…I made my first batch of soap and the rest is history.

I made lots and lots of soap, researched the carrier oils and botanicals, gifted free bars to friends and family before I was happy and felt I had perfected my formula.  I then went down the assessment side of things, which in itself is a minefield.

All our cosmetic products have Cosmetic Product Safety Reports which means that they have been assessed by a Chartered Chemist and have been deemed safe to use on your skin.  Our skin is our biggest organ so why wouldn’t you want the peace of mind that you are using something safe on your skin.

Our luxury products are made with the very best raw, cold pressed and unrefined oils and butters to ensure your skin benefits from the very best ingredients involving no heat processes where possible ensuring your skin can benefit from the nutritional and therapeutic qualities.

Our range of luxury Candles are all CLP compliant and are made with a beautiful vegan blend of whipped waxes.  Our aim was to create a candle that would make you smile and we hope that you won’t be disappointed.  We use the very best plant based vegan wax which burns slowly, cotton wicks and good quality glass candle jars.  We encourage a reuse rather than recycle policy as candle jars are so expensive.  On our regular markets we encourage our customers to bring back their candle jars for a small discount off future products.
