Jane Drysdale creates hand crafted kiln formed glass in her garden studio on the outskirts of Crieff, Perthshire.
Using sheet glass, glass powders, frits and enamels she produces both decorative or functional pieces ranging from framed or freestanding panels to candle holders and jewellery.
As a dog lover, (the business is named after the late Barkley) Jane spends a great deal of time out in the glorious Scottish countryside with her sidekick DaisyBob and her work reflects the colours and forms of the world around her.
A former social worker and latterly a craft gallery owner she gave it all up in 2020 to concentrate on glass full time and continues to learn new techniques using this amazing medium.
