Hello and welcome to my first blog post! A little bit about me- I am an experimental glass artist from Blackpool. I live with my husband, John, and our little black pug, William.
I love experimenting with glass, my favourite thing to do is just play and see what happens! I love colour and am really drawn to making bright and cheerful things.
This is one of my favourite experimental glass pieces. It is inspired by spring flowers and features flowers that were made with the freeze and fuse technique. I hope to make a similar one to list on my shop in the next few weeks! I will keep you posted.
I am currently waiting for a kidney transplant and go to dialysis 3 times a week, I like to pass the time planning new projects and working on my shop while I have my treatment. I have lots of creative plans for the future!
