Sterling Silver Daisy Stud Earrings – 10mm or 12mm

These pretty sterling silver daisy stud earrings have been designed and are made completely from scratch and entirely by hand using traditional silversmithing techniques in my Sussex workshop.
Measurements: I have a choice of two daisy diameters available, 10mm and 12mm, both sizes made from 1.2mm thick sterling silver

These pretty daisy earrings are hand pierced (sawn) from 1.2mm thick sterling silver sheet metal using a super fine jewellers saw. The daisy centres have also been textured by hand and are then soldered in place.
The daisies measure approx. 12mm in diameter. They are soldered to sterling silver posts and supplied with sterling silver flower scroll push backs.
Beautiful matching jewellery is also available.
Your earrings will be carefully tissue wrapped, secured with ribbon and placed inside a branded cardboard jewellery box.

• A note about hallmarking:
By UK law, all sterling silver items for sale weighing 7.78g or over must be hallmarked by one of the four U.K. Assay Offices. It is illegal to sell items over this weight in silver without a hallmark. These earrings fall under the weight threshold and as such do not require hallmarking. (Please see my Blog section to learn more about hallmarking and your rights). Please be aware that a 925 stamp on jewellery is not a hallmark.

Processing your order:
As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it. The processing (or making) time I need is identified on each listing and may vary from item to item. If you have ordered two items, these will ship together and in this case I will go by the longest processing time. I completely understand that you’d love to receive your jewellery quickly and I always aim to complete an order and ship it as quickly as I can but during busy times, please be aware that I may need the full amount of processing time identified prior to dispatch. If you have any questions or a particular deadline then please do get in touch prior to purchase.
UK - Standard free shipping is RM Tracked 24. Special Delivery or DPD is available as an upgrade. If your order needs to arrive by a certain day but please remember that with all options there may also be a processing time applicable to your order before shipping. Please see information in the listing photos.
US deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail/USPS International Tracked - a signature is not required. You will be provided with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Orders are taking between 5 days and on very rare occasion up to 7 weeks to arrive. PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FULL 7 WKS BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

Refund Policy
Was your order not quite what you expected, or perhaps you simply changed your mind? Or maybe there was a fault with your jewellery? Don’t worry, I happily accept returns* or exchanges. First, please contact me by email madebyfee.silverjewellery@gmail.com as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must then be returned within 30 days of delivery. For more specific information please see below.
(*Please understand however that unless damaged or faulty, I’m legally not obliged to accept returns for personalised orders where it can not be resold).
Damaged or Faulty Orders
If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged due to postal mishandling, if possible please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening and then once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This will help me in filing a claim. Likewise, if you believe your item to be faulty, please do get in contact with your concerns also attaching clear photographs of the fault to enable me to find the best way to support you. In either situation above, please either contact me by email at madebyfee.silverjewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If your item needs to be returned the postal cost will also be refunded for damaged or faulty items. As this will be an additional amount beyond your original order the refund for your return postage costs will be processed via PayPal using your email address. Please retain postal receipt and proof of postage.
General Conditions of return:
• Unless damaged or faulty (see above) buyers are responsible for return postage costs. In all situations I always recommend using a tracked service.
• Do take care when packaging your item to ensure the item is received unworn and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Do reuse, if possible, the original packaging.
• International returns must clearly write ‘MARKED FOR RETURN’ on the outside of the envelope
• Do ensure you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
