The text comes a range of pastel colours and you can any text, behind the paper there are four magnet strips and on top of the paper there are magnet counters which are designed to hold one piece of paper at a time.

Maple Wood Veneer – 330mm x 280mm x 4mm – Due to the nature of the material there may be slight differences in grain.
Acrylic Name – Add any Text – Name’s Artwork will be sent as standard if only the name is provided.
Magnets – 4 magnets will be supplied with each board, please note they are strong enough to hold 1 piece of paper or card. The Silver magnets are the strongest of the sets and would hold up to 5 pieces of paper.
Please note the longer the text the smaller it will appear on the board.
Please double check your spelling, grammar and capital letters etc before ordering as we do copy and paste all text.

We can normally accommodate quicker dispatch dates but please send us a message to check prior to ordering as this cannot always be guaranteed.
The option for upgraded post to 1st Class signed for, is for postage only and although we try to bring 1st class orders forward, during busy periods we cannot always guarantee this. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received (unless agreed prior to ordering).

*The items are personalised, therefore we cannot accept refunds or returns unless a mistake has been made by us. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service. We will try to accommodate cancellations before your product is dispatched but if your product is personalised and has already been made, we cannot except the cancellation.
*We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time. As per Royal Mail guidelines it can take up to 12 working days to arrive (UK Only). It is the customers responsibility to provide the full and correct address, refunds will not be provided if the information provided is incorrect. Upgrading to 1st class does not affect the processing time but is a postage upgrade from 2nd class.
*Please check your text for spelling and grammar as we will copy and paste your chosen text from your email onto the engraved item, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made by you.
*Unless specified we will edit and remove backgrounds where we feel you would have the best engraving results. Therefore, we cannot be held accountable if you are not happy with the end result. Unless the layout requires it (or it has been requested at time of purchase) we will zoom in on the faces as this gives the best engraving results.
*The engraved images are only as good as the originals sent to us. If your photo is older, blurred or has heavy shadow / patches of light, then this will be reflected in the finished product.
*Photos of your engraved items maybe be used for advertising unless specified otherwise.
*Please send the requested information at time of purchase so that your order is not delayed, make sure it is sent through here or to our email address, make sure you include your order number otherwise we might not be able to match it to your order. Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information.
*Accessories photographed with our items are not included in the sale. Photo colleges are designed to show multiple designs options and do not show the number of items for sale, if quantity one is selected you will get one item.
*International Postage – Custom and Tax charges may apply to your order and is the responsibility of the customer to research and pay for these charges. International transit is normally between 7-10 working but it can take up to 3-4 weeks. In the unlikely event a refund is requested then the item must be posted back with ‘return’ clearly marked on the label, if this is not done correctly then any custom charges we incur will be taken off the refund total.
