Please note with the Zoo design if you require text on the bottom then the crocodile and bush will be removed.
You can add any text to the top and bottom of the frame and choose from the fonts provided. In theory you can have as much text as you like but please remember the font size will be reduced to accommodate the extra text, so we would suggest to keep it to three lines top and three lines bottom.
We can add symbols (hearts, feet, wings, paw prints etc) please request this on the checkout page, if no symbol is requested then the frame will arrive with just the requested text.

Shipping Policy
Please send the requested information at time of purchase so that your order is not delayed, make sure it is sent through to our email address [email protected], make sure you include your order number otherwise we might not be able to match it to your order. Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information.
We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time. As per Royal Mail guidelines it can take up to 12 working days to arrive (UK Only). It is the customers responsibility to provide the full and correct address. Upgrading to 1st class does not affect the processing time but is a postage upgrade from 2nd class.
Refund Policy
We will try to accommodate cancellations before your product is dispatched but if your product is personalised and has already been made, we cannot except the cancellation.
As the items are personalised we cannot accept refunds or returns unless a mistake has been made by us. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.
