Large solid ash wood framed embroidery of the view from Broad Haven beach in Pembrokeshire.
This is a truly unique piece of embroidery art. There is only one available as each piece I create is different, that is the beauty of owning artwork that has been handmade.
I have embroidered on top of a delicate, watercolour background painted on calico fabric. I then used free motion embroidery to create the details of the rocks which protrude into the sea and the texture of the water. I then used hand embroidery over the top for more detail, for the pebbles, shells and seaweed on the shoreline.
I love to use glitter thread. If you look closely you can see it glisten in the light. I think this resembles the sun shining over the water.
This would be a perfect addition to your wall décor to remind you of summer days spent on the coast.

This embroidery has been stretched over a thin piece of wooden board and stitched in place to keep it taught. This makes it easy to change frames if at some point you would like to use a different frame. This frame has attachments on the back so that you can hang it straight away. It is real glass used, no Perspex.

f for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please message me within 14 days and return the item in it's original packaging within 30 days and I will be happy to refund or replace.
