My heart warms as I watch the birds in my garden, particularly the endearing Robin Redbreast who is a frequent & much loved daily visitor. Photographing this garden favourite inspired me to create my robin range of pictures; I hope they lift your hearts as they do mine.

Robins hold a special & sentimental place in the hearts of many people; some believing when robins appear they signify a loved one is near, others believing feathers symbolise the presence of angels. Combining robins, natural feathers collected from my garden & a thoughtful message creates an individual, contemplative framed picture gift perfect to let someone special know you’re thinking of them or for your own quiet reflective moments.

My robin picture frames are small & unobtrusive, perfect to display on a shelf, mantel piece or bedside cupboard. Each picture is made to order; as every natural feather is unique the feather colour & shape may vary slightly.

Available in black, white or grey frames. Frames are subtly contemporary, free standing with an acrylic front panel.

Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class parcel post to the delivery address indicated on the order & your order status updated.

I aim to process & dispatch in stock order items within 1- 3 days working days; items made to order may take 3-5 working days to process & dispatch.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are reliant on the Royal Mail service which may experience delays. If you require alternative shipping please contact me.

All items will be wrapped securely to protect the product in transit however should any issues occur during transportation please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I try to be as green as possible and will reuse boxes/carboard for packaging postal deliveries.

Gift wrap: If selected, I use new recycled brown craft paper as gift wrapping with decorative seasonal ribbon or string.
Gift tag: If selected, a small gift tag with your personal message to the recipient (50 characters maximum please), will be attached to the item. Delivery will be via Royal Mail 1st Class parcel post.

Privacy Policy:
When you place an order with me through my British Craft House store I receive the following details so that I can process your order: name, address, email address, your user name, payment information and if different the recipient’s name and email address.
We will only use the information received to process and advise of information relating to your order and the shipping of this.
Order information will be retained for accounts and tax purposes and we have a legal requirement to keep this for 7 years. After this time the information will be shredded.
If at any point you believe the information we possess on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated and we will respond to you within 28 days.

I obviously want you to be delighted with your purchase however I appreciate there may be rare instances where you need to cancel or return an order; if so please contact me via email on: [email protected]

For cancellations please contact me via email asap after placing the order; for returns, within 7 days of receipt of items & please return items to me (in a new, saleable condition please) within 14 days of receipt. Full postal address (Hampshire, UK) will be provided. Return postage cannot be reimbursed unless an item is faulty.
Once return is received a full refund will be issued to the payment card used for the order.
Please note that personalised orders cannot be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.
