These were created from my own design.

These are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for astrology necklaces and toy bags. Please allow up to 8 weeks for keepsake dolls.

All orders to the UK valued at over £20 will be tracked as will orders sent abroad.
As soon as your order is received if I know of any reason why it might be delayed longer than the stated times I will contact you immediately and give you the chance to cancel.
If an order proves to be undeliverable either because an incorrect address has been entered or because it is not collected from the sorting office I cannot be held responsible. If it is returned to me by the postal service and you request it to be re-shipped you must pay the cost of postage.
If you do not wish it to be re-shipped and it is a non-personalised item you will receive a refund for the cost of the item only. If the item was personalised no refund is available.
If an item, once posted, fails to arrive after the timescale for lost items issued by the carrier has passed I will issue a full refund.
Many items sold on this site by Ooak Gifts are made to order and personalised and, as such, cannot be returned for a refund unless found to be faulty. If you believe there is a fault please email me and include a picture of the problem if you can.
Under UK law non-personalised items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging. Please let me know if you are returning an item so I can look out for it. You are responsible for return postage so please ensure when you send the item you use a system which covers the cost of the item should it go missing as no refund will be issued until the item has been received by me. I cannot be held responsible for returned goods that have been sent without adequate insurance.

A set of hanging decorations in 100% wool felt with a Spring or Easter theme. The set includes a lamb, chick, sitting rabbit, lying rabbit, daffodil egg and basket of eggs. Decoration is embroidered in good quality thread with a touch of shimmer. Small flower decorations on the animals are beadwork. This is a lovely little set to bring out each year and will become a family heirloom. Please note that white tree shown in image is not included.
