Shipping Policy

All items are baked to order, so will usually be dispatched between 1-2 weeks. Most parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class so you should receive it within 24 hours of posting, any bulkier orders (usually 3 items or more) will be sent via DHL next day service. Some bakes that have a longer shelf life can be sent 2nd Class, if preferred. If you require an item for a certain date please contact me and I will endeavor to get your order to you for the required date. Please try to give two weeks notice in this case.

Refund Policy

If an item does not arrive on time, a refund of the postage cost (excluding packaging) may be given depending on circumstances. If an item goes missing, a full refund may be given or a replacement item can be sent at my discretion.
