Everything is lovingly baked to order so will be made as soon as possible, you can expect your order to be dispatched between 5-7 working days at most.
All items are baked to order, so will usually be dispatched between 5-7 business days. Most parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class so you should receive it within 24 hours of posting, any bulkier orders (usually 3 items or more) will be sent via My Hermes next day service. If you require an item for a certain date please contact me and I will endeavor to get your order to you for the required date. Please try to give two weeks notice in this case.

If an item does not arrive on time, a refund of the postage cost (excluding packaging) may be given depending on circumstances. If an item goes missing, a full refund may be given or a replacement item can be sent FOC at my discretion.
