Celtic Heart – is a beautiful Cross Stitch Embroidery Craft Box Kit. The design was inspired by the elaborate interlaced spirals and knotwork structures created by Celtic artists and craftspeople, e.g., as seen in ancient texts such as The Book of Kells.

This design combines interlaced cross stitched jewel colours, highlighted with backstitch. Metallic thread backstitch gives a rich finish to the piece and further enhances the opulent styling based on ancient designs that were inlayed with gold and silver.
The kit comes with full instructions, materials (listed below) and a free ‘Beginner Instruction Stitching Guide’ – taking you through the stitching basics to help you recreate this pattern.

Stitches – 82 wide x 97 high
Size shown stitched on 28 count Evenweave fabric 14.0cm (5.5″) x 18.0cm (7.0″)
(14 Count Aida fabric could be used also).
(Extra fabric allowance included for tensioning in hoop/ frame whilst stitching, and for mounting the finished item).
