This bronze pendant has been handcrafted from bronze clay, then fired in a digitally controlled kiln in my studio.
A unique piece of jewellery which has been handcrafted to achieve this simple but elegant design.
The pendant is 3cm. long and 2.5cm. wide and comes with a 51cm (20 inch ) sterling silver chain.
Matching earrings available.
Art clay bronze is a clay like material made of bronze powder and water-soluble organic binders. During firing, the binders vaporise, the powder sinters, and the soft clay turns into beautiful bronze, ready to wear.
Bronze jewellery does tarnish but can be polished with a soft cloth, metal polish or wire wool to bring it back to its original colour. Keep it in the jewellery pouch to protect from tarnishing.
