As Mother’s Day approaches on March 10th I’ve been really busy hand making lots of origami paper flowers and handmade cards especially for the occasion to spread lots of love and happiness to all the wonderful mums out there, because they deserve to be treated and recognised for all those lovely things they do right?  I hope you’ll agree that there’s something uniquely special about handmade creations. This Mother’s Day, consider treating your mom to the gift of some handmade paper flowers or a handmade card from The Little Paper Flower Shop.

I’ve created a range of ready to buy bouquets and pot arrangements in different patterns and colours to suit most tastes,  but if there are particular colours or flowers you would like me to include in a bouquet then please do pop me a message as I’m happy to custom make something just for you – please make sure you give me at least 10 days notice if you are requesting a custom make though as the run up to Mother’s Day is an incredibly busy time for me as you can imagine!

Why Paper Flowers?

Paper flowers are a beautiful alternative to real flowers – These blooms won’t wilt, providing a timeless keepsake for your mum and are a much more personal and thoughtful gift, and eco-friendly too.   I hand fold each individual petal with a lot of love and care.

Pair your paper flower gift with a personalised handmade card too – I have created a range of matching cards to go with my flowers this year in the same paper designs and patterns.  Cards and flowers are available to purchase separately too of course.

The language of flowers has been used for centuries to convey emotions, and paper flowers are no exception. Whether it’s the vibrant colours of a paper rose or the delicate petals and hand beaded stamens of a paper lily, each paper flower is made by me with a lot of love and attention, and it gives me great pleasure to spread that love and bring smiles to the recipients of my bouquets.  Just pop the bouquet into a gift bag, hand to your mum and wait for the smile!
