Jo makes the most wonderful seaside inspired gifts!

Tell us a little bit about you please!

I live on the South Coast with my husband, near the beach and have 3 grown up children.

Have you always been creative?

My life has always been a creative one,  love fabrics, textiles, art and photography.

Where are you based?

I am really lucky to live just a stones throw from The Solent and am able to use the beach as the perfect back drop for my work.

What else should we know?

I run workshops from my home where people can meet up and make a cushion, a bag etc.  We even had a Christmas Stocking workshop in December.

How do you come up with your amazing designs?

All my designs are my own and most of the time I create straight from the image in my head!

What equipment do you use?

I work on a vintage Singer 201k in my shed, my happy place and soul food!

Gin or Beer?

Definitely Gin!

Favourite cake

That’s a bit like choosing a favourite child! If I had to pick though I would go for fruit cake!
