Valentine’s Cards
With Christmas and the New Year behind us, we can start imagining the spring, can’t we?!
February brings us snowdrops and the start of early spring bulbs. The days are already getting longer.
February 14th is also Valentine’s Day!
Love it or hate it, it’s an important time for card makers! I get that we should show our loved ones that we love them every day, but it’s nice to send and receive a card, isn’t it!!

I thought I’d share some pictures of my Wooden Heart Button Card.
I always use recycled card and this year I have a choice of tradition kraft brown or new hammered white.
They look completely different, don’t they?!
Which one would you choose?
The buttons are always sewn to the card by hand and can be snipped off and reused or saved as a keepsake.
The kraft brown card comes with a colourful wooden heart button sewn on a mulberry paper square.
The white version is more neutral, with a natural wood heart on white petal paper.
