Positive affirmations, fused glass charms.

You will receive a fused glass heart pebble and a your choice of  pebble with a hand painted message. The message is written with glass paint and decorated with a delicate murrine element. They come presented in an organza bag. (the colour of the bag  and  murrine decoration will vary depending on availability)

After painting with glass paint and decorated with murrine they are then fused in a kiln at approximately 800 degrees for 12-14 hours

Each one is unique, colours sizes may vary slightly from those in the photograph.

You have the option to choose gift packaging, the glass is gift wrapped 0r opt to choose a gift box. The box is unbranded for re-use and may vary in colour depending on availability.

❤️I like to recycle please don’t be surprised if your outer packaging has been used before.

2nd class Royal Mail standard delivery  has a delivery aim of 3-5 business days. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery within this time frame.
1st class has a delivery aim of 1-3 business days, Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery within this time frame but will be prioritised over 2nd class mail.
Royal Mail special delivery, this is the next business day, this will apply if your order is placed before the parcels are dispatched for shipping, this is usually before noon. Please contact me if your order is urgent and you are unsure.
Royal Mail International Tracked has a delivery aim of 5-14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.

All parcels have tracking, and I retain all postal receipts. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK and 30 business days internationally.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately and send photos.
The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if mutually agreed that the item is being returned for another reason the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Proof of posting is recommended.
