Shipping Policy

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Orders over £50 will receive free shipping (UK only). Unfortunately at the moment, we don’t send orders outside the UK Mainland.
Shipping times may vary due to the availability of goods. Please allow up to 10 working days before your order is received, where we account for potential delays with Royal Mail etc.
Orders will not be dispatched on Bank Holidays or Sundays.


 

Refund Policy

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost returns.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make right.
We cannot issue refunds for items damaged in shipping. In this case, you must file a complaint with the carrier, which we will support.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
