A needle felted whimsical morel mushroom, using 100% wool, reading a book. This design is unique and has been carefully crafted by hand. It stands at approximately 14cm high.
Handmade glasses, from bending wire, carefully sit on the nose of the mushroom. Wire, inside the arms have been used , so that it be strong enough to hold its position of reading a book.
The book has also been made from wool, needle felted together carefully to create the cover and the effect of pages.
What type of book is it? Fiction? How to grow mushrooms? Magic?
The mushroom is on a grassy area, with a mini fly agaric mushroom nearby. This has all been needle felted and glued on a wooden slice of approximately 3” diameter.
