This is an original cushion cover using a print of a watercolour painting of a turtle which I painted while visiting a friend in Florida this year. I used to watch the turtles swimming in the lake by her home and loved all the wonderful prints of turtles which were popular in the shops. This is my own interpretation in lovely clear turquoise blue water.
The turtle is printed onto a very soft polyester velvet which has a slight shimmer and colours can vary according to light and direction of velvet pile. Note this is a print of an original painting so there may be very slight imperfections which do not detract from this original item.
The back is a soft pale Wedgewood blue polyester velvet. All seams are overlocked for a professional finish and a concealed grey zip is in the base.
This square cushion cover measures approximately 39cm
Photos are shown with a good quality 16 inch duck feather insert.
To insert cushion pad of your choice, you may need to squash the pad down & fold in half before inserting into the opening. Once fully inserted, push into each corner and close zip before re-plumping cushion. Please note cushion pads vary quite a lot in size depending on volume and type of filling. You may want a very plump cushion or instead prefer a softer more squishy look!
The velvet is very hard wearing and does not crease easily. Spot clean or dry clean. If needs ironing, use a barrier cloth and low setting. Do not iron directly onto fabric
This would make a great statement decorative cushion and ideal as a gift for any occasion or just to treat yourself.

If however there are any problems with an order and you wish to return it, please contact me as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. After contact, the item must then be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund will then be made once item has been returned.
