Our fragrance Un Café ? (translates to A Coffee?) was specially formulated to release one of the most common smells found, the marvellous scent of a rich coffee. This candle will transport you to wherever you have your coffee: is it your local coffee shop, the office, or any kitchen?

Un Café was added to our range, and specifically to our Le Créateur collection, as an essential to all coffee lovers and as an ode to one of the most frequently asked questions in the South of France: “Tu veux un café?” (“Do you want a coffee?”) when visiting friends or sitting on a “terrasse”. This fragrance is great for your kitchen or entrance but would suit any medium-sized rooms.

Shipping Policy

UK NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES:
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For or DPD, order size dependent. Orders over £50 will receive free shipping (UK only). Unfortunately at the moment, we don’t send orders outside the UK Mainland, however, please reach out here to discuss alternative shipping methods prior to completing your order, especially if you have a special request.
An email confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your checkout form.
Shipping times may vary due to the availability of goods. Please allow up to 10 working days before your order is received, where we account for potential delays with Royal Mail etc.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Please Note: You won't hear from us after you receive your order confirmation, until you receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a link to create your own return shipping label, at your own cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for lost returns.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make right.
We cannot issue refunds for items damaged in shipping. In this case, you must file a complaint with the carrier, which we will support.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this will be highlighted on the individual product pages. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PRE ORDER AN ITEM?
If you have purchased Pre-Order items with a release date, we will then reserve your total order until that release date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the release.
All Pre-Order items may not be available yet and thus cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date; you will be charged the full price for all items at the time of ordering. 
The timeframes of arrival provided on the Product Page are estimated, please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but rest assured that we will do our absolute best to make sure they arrive on time.


 

Refund Policy

At  Louis & Co Maison,  providing an exceptional product and service for those special moments and ‘just because’ moments is what we do best! We hope that you will love your product as much as we do but should you ever not be satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our policies below.
REFUNDS
Please note - We are unable to offer refunds for certain items and this will be made clear on the individual product pages. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. We do not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice here, before sending the item back.
EXCHANGES
Unless the item is defective on arrival ONLY (see Refunds), Louis and Co Maison will not offer any exchanges.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 - If for any reason you need to cancel your order, then please get in touch within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us here with your order number, please note after this time it will not be possible to cancel and you will be required to follow our returns policy. The item/items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
