Keep an eye on the time by the Grandmother clock, and when it gets dark you can turn on the table lamp and illuminate the lounge.

Here we have a miniature Tree Stump House dollhouse.
Everything is hand made, from the realistic looking bark to the paintings on the wall – they are my own original pastel paintings which I’ve shrunk down to size.
Whilst the house is unoccupied, have a peek inside to see what the residents are up to. They love sitting in their chair and reading a good book. The fire is stoked up and the flames are welcoming after a long day of walking in the woodland. They have picked some flowers and placed in a vase on the mantlepiece. A little window allows you to glimpse the view beyond, and curtains hang to give a spot of privacy. As the sun goes down you can turn on the little candle light on the table (battery operated), and enjoy a soft glow from the lounge of your Tree Stump House. The top of the Stump is finished in moss (synthetic).
This is an ornament designed to bring intrigue and a little bit of childlike joy to to the observer. It will look fantastic sitting on a shelf or sideboard, or would make a beautiful gift for someone special.
All accessories as seen are secured in place.

Uk Mainland: Your item will be DISPATCHED within 7-10 business days from receipt of order/payment. The time it takes during shipping may vary depending on the courier.
Your order will be sent via First Class post to the address you (as the Buyer) provides.
Once the item is dispatched and proof of dispatch has been forwarded I am no longer responsible for the item's arrival. I will of course endeavour to provide any help necessary should the Buyer encounter issues with receiving the item.
Your order will be packaged appropriately to ensure it's safe arrival, therefore you may receive excess recycled bubble wrap/paper or cardboard. I aim to make sure all my orders are well protected during transit so you receive them in the same excellent condition they leave.

Buyer must contact me within 7 working days of receiving the item, and must send the item back within 14 days of delivery.
If your package arrives damaged ...
If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged in the post please take clear photos of the parcel before opening. Once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This information helps when filing a claim.
If you believe your item to be faulty please contact me with your concerns and attach clear photographs highlighting the fault. .
In the event you are not satisfied, please contact me by email at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
If your item needs to be returned the postal cost will also be refunded for damaged or faulty items. As this will be an additional amount beyond your original order the refund for your return postage costs will be processed via bank transfer, I will contact you for bank details. Please retain postal receipt and proof of postage.
Commissioned pieces are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or faulty.
