Shipping Policy

Our aim is to deliver to UK postaladdresses within 3 to 10 working days of receiving an order. This timeframe is to allow for a processing time of 1-3 days and and a delivery time of 2-7 days. We will send your order by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours.Ideally of course the order will arrive at the shortest of these times, but please do bear in mind thati n the run up to Christmas and bank holidays delivery can take longer. This is a guide, we cannot predict any delivery delays within the Royal Mail or any other courier service.
If you require an item sooner or have any other queries abpout your order please contact us.

For most items we will use Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked which has a compensation policy of up to £150. For large items or faster deliveries please discuss the options with us of Parcelforce Worldwide or courier delivery.

If an item does not fit into Royal Mail standard sizes we will use the next size up , which will attract a higher tariff.

Most of our scarves fit a large letter to a small parcel size.

Refund Policy

We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your online purchase from Websterand Beryl.
However, if you happen to change your mind or or are dissatisfied with an item you purchase from us your right to cancel your order is protected by your statutory rights.
In addition, we are commited to providing an excellent standard of customer service, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
If the item/s arrive damaged or are faulty, please advise us as soon as possible after receipt and we will reimburse your purchase or send a replacement within 14 days of establishing the nature of the damage or fault. This is dependent on asking you to provide evidence of the nature of the damage or fault and/or return the item to us for further investigation..
If you change your mind about a purchase or wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible*. In these circumstances we will expect you to take good care of the item and for the item/s to be returned unused and in their original condition as well as packed as you received them as soon as reasonably possible. Please include a note with; your invoice number,your name,address, contact email, phone number, and a brief outline/ description of why you are returning the item/s. * Returns must be within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Please also obtain and keep your proof of posting.
When items have been damaged intransit or found by us to be faulty, we will reimburse your initial posting costs and issue a full refund.
Where you change your mind about your purchase we will refund the cost of the item/s and standard postage only from ourselves (not your postage costs to return to Websterandberyl) When purchasing an item you agree that;1) before committing to buy an item you are responsible for reading in full the item listing, 2) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buying an item and you complete the checkout payment process.

All refunds can only be made to the paymentcard/method used when making the iniotial payment. Websterand beryl aim to process refunds within within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods or of the cancellation of your order
