Here at Chris’s fork emporium we upcycle vintage and antique cutlery into beautiful, handmade jewellery. These pretty earrings are made from a pair of Coronation pattern , Community plate teaspoon handles probably for the 1950’s. The pattern was designed in 1937 for the coronation of Edward V111 , when he abdicated Community plate changed the name of the pattern to Hampton Court fearing a public backlash. The pattern had been inspired by some old friezes in Hampton court Palace.
The cutlery is silver plated , the earwires are sterling silver. The earrings are sent on a simple card. Wrapped suitably to be sent directly as a gift and free Royal Mail first class postage is included.
