Throughout the month of March 50% of the price of this necklace will be donated to the British Red Cross Ukraine Appeal.

I love this dainty little necklace.  I have created it by melting down scraps of sterling silver into a little nugget and then I soldered a flower pattern onto the front.    

The surface of the necklace has been darkened by adding a patina to it and then rubbing it back to enhance the pattern on the nugget.  

The diameter of the nugget is 1 cm and it hangs from a sterling silver chain.  Please select the chain length that you would like from the menu.

You will receive your necklace gift wrapped and I can include a gift note.

Shipping Policy

You will receive your purchase gift wrapped in an organza bag or in a gift box.

Dispatch

Items which are already made will be dispatched in 1-3 business days. Items which are made to order such as hand stamped items or custom sized pieces will take around 3-5 days although are often much quicker. If you require your purchase in a hurry then just contact me and I will do my best to dispatch it quickly.  If any issues arise with the dispatch time I will contact you to explain the situation.  

Shipping within the UK

I use Royal Mail first class postage which takes around 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping out with the UK

I use Royal Mail International postage (airmail) and the delivery time will vary depending on destination. Please allow for extra shipping time if you live outside the UK.

Tracking

These shipping methods do not include tracking information. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking then please contact me - preferably before purchasing.

Customs

I have no control over packages being held up in customs and please allow for increased traffic through customs at busy times of year such as Christmas. Any custom charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and I will always ensure that I do everything I can to meet with your expectations. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days and I will arrange a refund once the item has been returned.  Items need to be returned to me within 30 days and in the same condition as you received them.

Non-refundable items

For hygiene reasons I can not accept returned ear rings unless they are faulty.  I am unable to refund personalised items as I am unable to resell them. However, if there is an error with your purchase then of course I will address that.

Lost orders

In case your item gets lost on its way to you I will refund or resend the order after 30 business days from the original dispatch date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct delivery address is supplied.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address I cannot be held responsible and the buyer will not be entitled to a refund or free replacement.

If you change your mind then please contact me asap so that I can cancel your order. However, if your order has already been dispatched then I am unable to cancel it but will refund the order once I have received the returned item.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from The British Craft House.
