Christmas Tree Ear Drops In Recycled Sterling Silver

Each dangle ear drop is completely handmade using 925 recycled sterling silver using traditional silversmithing techniques and tools. Each ear drop is cut by hand from recycled sterling silver sheet using a jewellers saw with a very fine blade. The earring is then slightly curved before being polished to give a beautiful light reflective surface. The traditional shepherds crook ear wires are again completely handmade using recycled sterling silver wire.

Items will be carefully packaged in a branded box.

Hallmarking: Under UK law all silver items that weigh over 7.78g must be fully hallmarked by one of the four UK Assay Offices. The sale of items over this weight without a full hallmark is against the law. As these are below the required 7.78g they do not need to be hallmarked.

Processing your order: 
Processing an order will begin as soon as it received. Processing time depends on if the item is in stock or needs to be made. If it is in stock then the processing time is shown in the product description. If the item needs to be made you will be informed of timing upon receipt of your order. If you have any questions or a particular deadline then please do get in touch prior to purchase so that your expectations can be discussed.

If you have ordered more than one item these will be shipped together and despatch will be governed by the longest processing time.

During busy times I may need the full amount of processing time shown prior to despatch. 

UK - Standard free shipping is RM Tracked 48.
RM Special Delivery or DPD is available upon request at extra cost.

I will always attempt to meet your timing requirements but be aware that I cannot guarantee that items will be delivered on time once passed over to RM.

For US deliveries pleas contact me for price.
US deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail/USPS International Tracked - a signature is not required. You will be provided with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Once an order is put into the RM/USPS system I have no control over tracking or delivery. *Be aware that delivery times can be anywhere between 5 days to 7 weeks*.

Refund Policy

Is your order not quite what you expected or perhaps you have changed your mind? Was there a fault with your jewellery? I happily accept returns* or exchanges. Please contact me by E-mail [email protected] as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. 
Any items must then be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see specific information.

*Please be aware and understand that unless damaged or faulty I am not legally obliged to accept returns for any orders that cannot be resold. This can include but is not exclusively limited to personalised items, ear studs or where the item has been obviously worn. For hygiene reasons ear studs cannot be returned but drops can as the ear wires can be replaced.

Damaged or Faulty Orders.

If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged in the post please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening and then once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This information will help me when filing a claim. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact me with your concerns and attach clear photographs highlighting the fault. I will happily work with you to find the best resolution to your concern. In either situation please contact me by email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. If your item needs to be returned the postal cost will also be refunded for damaged or faulty items. As this will be an additional amount beyond your original order the refund for your return postage costs will be processed via PayPal using your email address. Please retain postal receipt and proof of postage.
Refunds will not be given for commissioned pieces that have been signed off by the customer as meeting their requirements unless damaged or faulty.

RING AND BANGLE SIZING.
Please be absolutely sure that the sizing you give is correct and you have followed the measuring instructions before ordering. If the item is shown to be the size ordered then a refund cannot be given. If an honest mistake has been made regarding sizing I will do whatever I can to supply the customer with the article required.

General Conditions of return:

Unless damaged or faulty (see above) buyers are responsible for return postage costs. In all situations I always recommend using a tracked service.

Do take care when packaging your item to ensure the item is received unworn and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do reuse, if possible, the original packaging.
• International returns must clearly write ‘MARKED FOR RETURN’ on the outside of the envelope

Do ensure you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

Do enclose your original invoice or a note with your contact and order details and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Email [email protected] for my full address.
