Sterling silver shaped wire and brass drop necklace

This silver wire necklace would make a lovely gift for someone who loves simple yet unique jewellery.

Making

To create the necklace I used traditional silversmithing techniques. Brass has been cut into circles and domed, then soldered to shaped sterling silver square wire. The piece was given a polished finished and attached to a sterling silver chain.  As all my jewellery is handmade, there may be a slight variation in the sent piece to the pictures shown.

Inspiration

Going through a box of materials I discovered some silver 2mm square wire that hadn’t been used (and I’m not sure why I bought it!). I decided to design some necklaces using the wire; through the process I liked the idea of adding little brass cups to the wire. The resulting collection includes different shapes of wire with brass.

Packaging

The necklace will arrive in a black jewellery box, complete with simple care instructions and a small square of silver polish.

Delivery

This necklace is ready to ship in 3-5 business days, however, once purchased, I will endeavour to despatch as soon as possible. Standard delivery with Imogen George Jewellery is via Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For and there is no extra charge for this. However, I do offer a delivery upgrade; when purchasing your necklace, please choose which delivery option you would like.

Dispatch

Processing time for shipping goods is 3 to 5 business days, however I will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If you require an order by a specific date please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order then please contact me as soon as possible and before the item is dispatched for a refund. It the order has already been dispatched then a refund will be issued when the piece has been returned unworn and in it's original packaging.

UK delivery

I currently deliver to the UK only via Royal Mail second class Signed For (shipping upgrade is available when purchasing).

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. It must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Once your returned order has arrived we will contact you and issue a refund within 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any returned orders getting lost so please retain your proof of postage in case you need to make a claim with the delivery company that you have used for your return. Please note earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
