Sproxton Green Man

Pewter plaque of a Green man inspired by visits to local churches, in particular Sproxton church in Leicestershire where there are some very fine Medieval woodcarvings of the Green man.
We paid a visit to Sproxton village church on a bright frosty day last week and were delighted to find such beautiful carvings.
Together with my partner Phil, we have been working in pewter for over 20 years now and have made repousse pictures of a number of Green men, this is one made by Phil.
The pewter measures approx 9 inches square. We can supply just the metal plaque or put it in a mount ready for you to frame.
We regularly attend markets and craft fairs in the UK where you can see our work framed and have a chat.
