Sterling silver ring & filled gold wire drop earrings

These lovely earrings consist of sterling silver rings and shaped filled gold wire.

Making

To create the earrings I used 1mm filled gold wire. I cut two pieces of wire the same length, shaped them and then hung the wire onto sterling ear hooks, along with two sterling silver rings.  (The filled gold wire is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal.) As all my jewellery is handmade, there may be a slight variation in the sent piece to the pictures shown.

Inspiration

I love to design jewellery that is simple yet unique. I was looking to make a range of earrings and liked the idea of creating shapes with wire. After a lot of playing with wire, I created some simple ‘knots’. With this design I created several different pairs of earrings, with different sizes of wire knots and mixing sterling silver and filled gold.

Packaging

The earrings will arrive in a black jewellery box, complete with simple care instructions and a small square of silver polish.

Delivery

These earrings are ready to ship in 3-5 business days, however, once purchased, I will endeavour to despatch as soon as possible. Standard delivery with Imogen George Jewellery is via Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For and there is no extra charge for this. However, I do offer a delivery upgrade; when purchasing your earrings, please choose which delivery option you would like.

Dispatch

Processing time for shipping goods is 3 to 5 business days, however I will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If you require an order by a specific date please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order then please contact me as soon as possible and before the item is dispatched for a refund. It the order has already been dispatched then a refund will be issued when the piece has been returned unworn and in it's original packaging.

UK delivery

I currently deliver to the UK only via Royal Mail second class Signed For (shipping upgrade is available when purchasing).

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. It must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Once your returned order has arrived we will contact you and issue a refund within 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any returned orders getting lost so please retain your proof of postage in case you need to make a claim with the delivery company that you have used for your return. Please note earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
