Important, the last posting date for Christmas is the 16th December any orders received after this date may not arrive until after Christmas.

Items will be carefully packaged in a white gift box inside a padded envelope.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Orders will be posted using Tracked 24 or Royal Mail first class signed for. If your order value is more than £50.00 postage will be upgraded to special delivery at no extra cost.

Although processing time will not vary delivery dates are dependent on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that an item needs to be returned please contact me within 14 days and return item within 28 days of order date. Any items returned must be in the original condition ie. not worn and including gift packaging.

Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs and it is advised that items are returned using a tracked and insured service, as refunds can only be issued once the item has been received.
