Shipping would normally be carried out by Parcel Force on 48 hour Tracked and signed.
On receipt of goods it is recomended that customers check all items to ensure they are of sound quality. We will accept claims for damaged items within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will also endeavour to send a replacement as soon as possible, or if unable to send a replacment we will issue a refund.

In order to claim for damaged items please email us with detailed photographs of the defects. We can then in most cases make a replacement or if preferred by the customer, a full or partial refund will be actioned.

Returns on goods are at the customers expence unless agreed with the vendor in advance.
