Sapele Biscuit/Cake/Display Stand Base/Serving – Wooden Handmade

These lovely Sapele Stands can be used to display or serve biscuits or cakes or as a base for other items, there is some wonderful grain pattern and colour within each – each one is different. It has been carefully hand made by myself, in the UK, on my wood turning lathe.
It is finished with Citrus Burnishing Oil finish, which the suppliers state has been tested to EN71-3, safe for food (not suitable for liquids or use in damp areas). Finish supplied by British maker Hampshire Sheen. Wipe with a damp cloth before and after use, do not immerse in water. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Not suitable as use as a chopping board.
Comes with a baize base (colours may vary).
Outside dimensions, about 2.5cm high, 12.5cm diameter, with a display area on the top of about 11cm diameter.

As with any wooden item, don’t use this Sapele Biscuit/Cake/Display Stand Base/Serving Wooden in an overly wet/steam area otherwise it could become unsafe to use. This item is not suitable for safety or system critical installations.

Items are posted from the UK using Royal Mail 1st Class mail (or similar) unless stated otherwise, usually within 1 business days (occasionally 2 business days). If you are looking for something quickly, please do check with me before hand, as I also have childcare duties etc.
I package all items I post carefully, often using no plastic in the packaging (although sometimes this is unavoidable, particularly if larger orders are made).
Within the UK, some other shipping methods may be available at cost, do contact me for details.
For delivery outside the UK - where available, sent using Royal Mail. You may be liable for import taxes as these have not been paid at the point of purchase. I am not liable for any import taxes your country may charge.
Please note that I am unable to ship to some countries. If no postage option is available to you, then I regret that I currently don't post to your country.

Refund Policy
You have the right to return items within 30 calendar days or receiving the item, so long as you return it in the condition it was sent.
The only exceptions are if they item has been worn (where relevant, e.g. jewellery) or if it bespoke/personalised in some way and is not resell-able, unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
