Please note that cards do not come in cello bags as we are supporters of the Naked Cards campaign!  However don’t worry – your cards will be lovingly packed in environmentally friendly packaging to ensure they are protected when shipped!

Many items are made to order so please allow 3-5 working days to dispatch. Items will be shipped Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class at a flat fee. Please note I currently only ship to the UK.

Refund Policy

I hope you will be happy with your purchase however if for any reason you are not, please contact me to discuss. Items will normally only be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt, and refund requests must be made within 30 days of your item being delivered. Please note as items are mainly individually handmade to order, there may be very minimal differences from the photos in the product listing.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

Per Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. You must inform me of your intention to cancel your order within this timeframe and you then have another 14 days to return the item(s), undamaged to: 2 Fulmodeston Road, Hindolveston, NR20 5BS. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to me. Once I have received the item(s) you will then be refunded the cost of the item(s) and original postage cost with 14 days.

I, Becky Coggins, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop Crofts Crafts on The British Craft House (TBCH). When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from TBCH to enable me to process your order. I will only use these details to process and post your order, or to deal with any queries you have relating to the order.

The only circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• with TBCH to comply with fulfilling your order
• with mail delivery companies in order to fulfil your order
• to comply with any legal obligations.
I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, or add you to any mailing list without your consent.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary to enable me to process your order and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data relating to orders or customer queries for three years. After this time, I will delete your data from my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
