This is a miniature diorama (a scene in a box) based on  the classic fairytale Red Riding Hood.

 The backdrop features Red, collecting apples on her way to Grandma’s cabin in the woods. Uh-oh, that pesky wolf is watching from behind the tree.

Inside, Oh my Grandma, what big (and hairy) ears you have!  The wolf is now hiding in Grandma’s bed, wearing her bonnet. Grandma’s spectacles sit on the end of the wolf’s long nose. A pair of slippers are on the floor and the wardrobe offers a glimpse of a dress. The rocking chair and cushion is pulled up close to the bed.

 

The decorated lid means that even when the box is closed it will look enchanting !

This charming ornament is sure to bring a touch of heart warming nostalgia to those who peek inside.   It will look fantastic sitting on a shelf or sideboard, or would make a beautiful gift for someone special.

All pieces are handmade and are fixed securely in place.

For other/International please contact me before placing an order and I will quote delivery.

Uk Mainland: Your item will be DISPATCHED within 7-10 business days from receipt of order/payment. The time it takes during shipping may vary depending on the courier.

Your order will be sent via First Class post to the address you (as the Buyer) provides.
Once the item is dispatched and proof of dispatch has been forwarded I am no longer responsible for the item's arrival. I will of course endeavour to provide any help necessary should the Buyer encounter issues with receiving the item.

Your order will be packaged appropriately to ensure it's safe arrival, therefore you may receive excess recycled bubble wrap/paper or cardboard. I aim to make sure all my orders are well protected during transit so you receive them in the same excellent condition they leave.

I accept returns.

Buyer must contact me within 7 working days of receiving the item, and must send the item back within 14 days of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged ...

If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged in the post please take clear photos of the parcel before opening. Once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This information helps when filing a claim.
If you believe your item to be faulty please contact me with your concerns and attach clear photographs highlighting the fault. .
In the event you are not satisfied, please contact me by email at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
If your item needs to be returned the postal cost will also be refunded for damaged or faulty items. As this will be an additional amount beyond your original order the refund for your return postage costs will be processed via bank transfer, I will contact you for bank details. Please retain postal receipt and proof of postage.
Commissioned pieces are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or faulty.
