A pure copper pendant handcrafted from copper clay.
This design was created by pressing a leaf into the clay then cut to shape.
Pendant length 5cm., width 1.2cm.
Copper clay is a clay like material, it is a mixture of micron sized copper powder, water and organic binder. It is molded and shaped using textures and cutters then fired in a digitally controlled kiln, the organic binder evaporates, burns away and you’re left with pure, solid copper in the form of a unique piece of jewellery.
