Delivery will be with Royal mail.
As each painting is often a different size, each will be weighed individually for postage and sent by special delivery to avoid being lost or damaged in the post.
I aim to get every order processed within 1- 3 days.
Prints and packs of cards will be sent by recorded delivery post.
All items will be wrapped securely to protect the product. Paintings will be a cardboard box, Prints in a cardboard tube and cards in a padded envelope.
Sent through Royal mail standard International service. Please ask for a quote for postage and packing before placing your order.
- Do I have to pay any customs or import taxes?
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You should be able to get guidance from your domestic customs service as to what charges to expect.

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.
Refunds will be made by the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked that it is in its original condition for re-sale.
I don't like what I've ordered / I've changed my mind/ can I return my order?
If you change your mind about your order before I have dispatched it, please do contact me by email to request a cancellation. I aim to dispatch in stock items with 3- 4 working days, so please do let me know as soon as possible

Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If your order is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by yourself, or if you don’t claim your package from the sorting centre, I cannot be held responsible.
Under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order. I will also cancel the order if your parcel is returned to me undelivered and you do not respond to notification of this within 3 working days.
In both these instances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items ordered only

- Do I have to pay the cost of the delivery for returns?
Yes, I’m afraid you are responsible for this cost.
All returns must be in a new condition sent by First Class Royal Mail. Should any damage occur to package during its return, you will be responsible for any loss in value. Upon receipt of returned item, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item and the outgoing standard postage
