A beautiful, fabric covered My First Year Photo Album come memory book. It’s the perfect place to keep all those milestone moments from baby’s first year, together in one place. A photo of their first smile maybe, or a lock of hair from their first haircut. It can all be added to the book to make a treasured record of baby’s first year.
It’s been made entirely by hand using sturdy cartridge paper for the book block. It has expansion inserts at the spine to allow for the book to expand once items are added to the pages and I’ve added ribbon ties to hold everything together securely when it’s closed.
The hard cover is covered in an animal print jungle design with lions, tigers, hippos, elephants, zebras and giraffes on a cream background. The end pages and expansion inserts are cream card, the ribbon ties are dark green and there’s a printed bookplate on the inside front cover allowing you to personalise the Album.

I’ve made this Photo Album entirely by hand using traditional bookbinding methods. The inner paper block is made by cutting and folding the paper into signatures, adding expansion sheets and then hand stitching them into a book block. This is lightly glued down the spine, headbands are attached and it’s left to dry overnight. The outer board is then covered in fabric and attached to the book block together with the coloured end pages and the tie ribbons. When everything has dried overnight the bookplate is added to the inside front cover.

I use Royal Mail for all my parcels. I've tried to set my postage charges as accurately as possible but if you order more than one item and your postage is over calculated, I will of course refund the overcharge.
When you place an order I am provided with your contact details. I only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any subsequent queries. I will never share these details or add you to a mailing list without your prior consent. I do not receive any payment card details. As required by UK law, I will securely store any data collected for up to six years. It will then be deleted from my records.
Refund Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase I will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is undamaged and it wasn't a custom made item. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged.
If the item does arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as you receive the item so that we can discuss next steps. Please provide a photo of the damage.
