Description

Wooden Ring Box – 46mm x 35mm

Insert – Choose from Natural Hessian or Midnight Blue Velvet

Our ring boxes are a perfect way display your rings on your day and then afterwards it can be used to safely store your rings when they are not being worn. It would make a lovely personalised memento to remember your day by.

This is a natural product and there will be a slight variation in colour and grain. To open, twist in correct direction.

A black foam insert which contains a single slit for the engagement ring will supplied for orders featuring ‘will you marry me’ text. If you would prefer the Hessian or Velvet please add this to the text box provided.

Lead time Information

We can normally accommodate quicker dispatch dates but please send us a message to check prior to ordering as this cannot always be guaranteed.

The option for upgraded post to 1st Class signed for, is for postage lead time only and although we try to bring 1st class orders forward, during busy periods we cannot always guarantee this. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received (unless agreed prior to ordering).

*The items are personalised, therefore we cannot accept refunds or returns unless a mistake as been made by us 
*Photos of your engraved items maybe used for advertising unless specified otherwise.
 *We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time and cannot accept refunds if Royal Mail is late or lose your item. As per Royal Mail guidelines replacements will be sent 10 workings days after expected delivery date.
*Please send the requested information at time of purchase so that your order is not delayed, make sure it is sent through the selling site or to our email address found on your order / payment confirmation, make sure you include your Order Number or Username, otherwise we might not be able to match it to your order. Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information. 
*Accessories photographed with our items are not included in the sale. Photo colleges are designed to show multiple designs options and do not show the number of items for sale, if quantity one is selected you will get one item.

Please send the requested information at time of purchase so that your order is not delayed, make sure it is sent through to our email address [email protected], make sure you include your order number otherwise we might not be able to match it to your order. Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information.

We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time. As per Royal Mail guidelines it can take up to 12 working days to arrive (UK Only). It is the customers responsibility to provide the full and correct address. Upgrading to 1st class does not affect the processing time but is a postage upgrade from 2nd class.


 

Refund Policy

We will try to accommodate cancellations before your product is dispatched but if your product is personalised and has already been made, we cannot except the cancellation.

As the items are personalised we cannot accept refunds or returns unless a mistake has been made by us. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.
