What are the processing times and postage & packaging information?
Free postage is 2nd class, with the option of upgrades for speedier delivery at checkout.
Most orders will be processed and ready to post within the 3 days. If you need it quickly, be sure to let me know, and I’ll try my best to get it to you in time.
Your frame is going to mean a lot to someone, and I want it to arrive in pristine condition. It is packaged using a padding strip of foam, to protect the bottle insert, then wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and bubble wrap – it arrives in a high-quality, padded envelope.
What happens to my order if I miss the messages?
I want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. To achieve this, I would greatly appreciate your proof approval. As I am unable to attach images to the messaging system on The British Craft House, I will send your proof to the email linked to your British Craft House account order. If you have added a mobile number to your order, I may also send you a message on there.
If, despite these efforts, I don’t receive a response, I’ll have to consider proceeding without confirmation. However, if there’s any uncertainty about your preferences or if you’ve been given choices, I won’t proceed, and your order will be cancelled and refunded. You’re always welcome to place a new order with the correct details.
