Please double check your spelling and grammar as we will copy and paste your text.

PLEASE NOTE – The Polar Bear, Snowflake, Bauble and Penguin is NAME ONLY the other designs you can add names and text. You can add any name and message but please be aware that the longer the name and text the smaller it will appear on the tag.

You can also use the tags as Christmas Dinner Place Names and then you can hang them on the tree making them not only versatile but great value for money, as you can bring them out year after year!

Our Gift Tags come with the option of 4 ribbon colours (Red, Silver, Red with Snowflakes and Green with Snowflakes) and is made from high quality Maple Wood Veneer. The ribbon will be pre cut and supplied loose.

Packs will come with the same design and ribbon colour, they cannot be mixed and matched.

Props and additional ribbon is not included.

You can also write on the back of the tags with a ball point pen, do not use felt pen or a sharpie type pen as the ink may run.

*We will try to accommodate cancellations before your product is dispatched but if your product is personalised and has already been made, we cannot except the cancellation.

*The items are personalised, therefore we cannot accept refunds or returns unless a mistake has been made by us. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.

*Photos of your items may be used for advertising unless specified otherwise.

*We will copy and paste your chosen text onto the item, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made by you.

*We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time. As per Royal Mail guidelines replacements or refunds will be sent 10 workings days after expected delivery date. It is the customers responsibility to provide the full and correct address, refunds will not be provided if the information provided is incorrect. Upgrading to 1st class does not affect the processing time but is a postage upgrade from 2nd class.

Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information.

We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time. As per Royal Mail guidelines it can take up to 12 working days to arrive (UK Only). It is the customers responsibility to provide the full and correct address. Upgrading to 1st class does not affect the processing time but is a postage upgrade from 2nd class.
